The housekeeping staff were particularly attentive, always ensuring that my room was clean and comfortable.
I experienced some delays in service during peak breakfast hours, which made it challenging to start my day on time.

while the breakfast buffet was decent, I wasn’t pleased that the restaurants closed too early, leaving only chicken salad or wings for late arrivals. also, after waiting for the shuttle that wasn’t free, I expected at least water in my room, but no. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17delicious breakfastmiscommunication issuesrushed service
The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious, with tons of options.
During my stay, I encountered numerous issues that should never happen in a hotel of this caliber. Upon arrival, I was misinformed about the free shuttle service to the airport, causing unnecessary stress while trying to plan logistics. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in providing genuine hospitality, as I felt rushed into settling my bill at an inconvenient hour without explanation. This was exceptionally frustrating, especially when dealing with their confusing communication regarding charges.

It was just a smart choice for a quick break in Cairo with good value. The wedding ballroom was beautifully decorated and perfect for a cozy atmosphere. Consider choosing a room with a pool view for a better sight.

Incredible stay with excellent service
I had an incredible stay during my transit in Cairo! The shuttle service was seamless, and I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff who arranged a fantastic day tour to the pyramids. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The only minor drawback was the small gym, which could use more equipment to enhance the workout experience.
